5 Night Extreme Great White Shark Experience
Itinerary

Day 1:
Arrive at Cape Town airport and then transfer to Gansbaai. This journey will take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Spend the afternoon and evening exploring the area around Gansbaai and enjoying dinner.

Day 2:
Experience the thrill of great white shark cage diving in the morning, followed by a break for lunch. You will then be taken on a whale watching or eco marine cruise (season dependent) in the afternoon.

Day 3:
Great white shark cage dive in the morning, with the afternoon off to explore the local area, take part in any of the exciting activities on offer in and around Gansbaai. Alternatively you can spend the rest of the day relaxing.

Day 4:
Great white shark cage dive in the morning, with a break for lunch. Whale watching or eco marine cruise in the afternoon.

Day 5:
Shark dive in the morning, with the afternoon off to explore the local area and relax.

Day 6:
Transfer from Gansbaai to Cape Town airport, arriving at approximately midday.

Meals

Breakfast for each day is included in the price of this trip – as long as the great white cage diving is running for the day (on the condition that it is safe to launch the boat) breakfast will be eaten at the shark diving headquarters. Breakfast here consists of hot food, toast, tea or coffee, fruit juice, as well as muffins and cereals. Snacks of crisps, sandwiches and soft drinks are all provided on the boat on a help yourself basis.

Upon returning from the dive you will meet back at the diving headquarters to watch the DVD made of the day, as well as enjoy a cheerful brunch. This will consist of cold snack food and usually some soup to warm up with if necessary. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will also be on offer, and are all included in the price of the trip.

If the shark dive has to be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions breakfast is included at the accommodation in Gansbaai. Breakfast here consists of a fully cooked English breakfast along with a choice of cheeses, cereals and fruit. Tea and coffee are of course included.

Dinner at the accommodation is not included in the price of the trip as standard but can be added for £65 per person for all 5 nights. Dinner comprises of a 4 course meal consisting of a buffet starter, soup of the day, a choice of main course and finishes with a buffet desert, inclusive of cheese board and tea or coffee. If you would like dinner to be added to your trip please mention this when you contact us to check for the trip availability.

Alternatively, if you would like to explore the local area for places to eat you will not be disappointed. There is a range of good restaurants within easy walking distance of the accommodation (the closest being a seafood restaurant in the harbour, approximately a two minute walk away) and the receptionist at your hotel will be more than happy to recommend somewhere to your taste.

Lunch and snacks are not included in the price of the trip but there are numerous eateries within easy walking distance of the accommodation to pick up light food (either eat in or take away).
