Non divers are welcome to explore the bustling local town, the beach or lounge by the on-site swimming pool. There is also a golf course directly opposite the Lodge for golf enthusiasts, as well as a hairdresser and beauty salon next door.

Other facilities on-site include; laundry service, secure private parking and internet and fax facilities. The internet fee is R15 per 15 minutes (correct as of February 2009).
