Welcome to Surf and Turf Safaris Ltd, the company that designs and offers spectacular world class SCUBA diving and safari trips to South Africa.

The company was formed in 2008 by a South African family living in England that wanted to offer an insight into the natural beauty and diverse cultures that make South Africa such an amazing and inspiring destination to visit, focusing specifically on its beautiful wildlife – both above and below the water.

The packages we offer range from 5 to 14 nights and are aimed at showing guests from all over the world the magical and abundant array of wildlife native to Southern Africa, visiting world renowned conservation areas such as the Kruger National Park to the magnificent oceans, vastly populated by a huge variety of whales, dolphins, turtles and the mighty sharks…

The Managing Director of the company (Kathy) is an Advanced Open Water Diver with PADI, and has been fortunate enough to have dived at various gorgeous sites along the South African coast, including Aliwal Shoal and Sodwana Bay. In 2008 Kathy spent a month taking part in an Ecotraining Field Guide course on a 9,000 hectare Big Five game farm in Hoedspruit, learning about the native animals and their habitats. The second director of Surf and Turf Safaris (Roddy) is a qualified Open Water Diver (PADI) and a safari veteran with an unrivalled passion for the African bush.
